Personalized/Custom Product Return Policy
If you ordered personalized product from www.createaball.com, we're sorry but we can't offer you a return unless damaged during shipping or manufacturer defect. In which case follow the Damaged Item Return Policy below. All sales are final on personalized/custom products. Once your custom order has been placed and processed no refunds will be honored.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at 1 (866) 227-7512 or send us an email at email@example.com. When you contact us, please refer to your order number and name used on the original order. All items must be in new condition in order to receive a refund (shipping is not refundable) or replacement merchandise, and must be authorized by customer service and returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery in original packaging (if preserved), and original receipt. See details below for accepted types of returns on all custom items.
Damaged/Manufactuer Defect Upon Receipt Item
If you have received an item that is damaged (in transit by mail) and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage and photos of the product (shipping box that was damaged in shipping). Please include your order number, name and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you. Damaged Merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED AND DEEMED RETURNABLE BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, AS CREATE-A-BALL WILL NOT HONOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
On any authorized return, shipping will be at your cost. We will only authorize replacement of the same or like item at the price paid. If we feel that your return is justified we can and may authorize full refund of price paid minus any shipping costs, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We realize the importance of getting your merchandise to you as soon as possible so we will do our absolute best to get it processed within a reasonable time frame. If you require special shipping on your merchandise, please contact us by phone at 1 (866) 227-7512 or email email@example.com for additional instructions. Also, there is a comment box at the end of checkout for messages to be placed there.
